Robert Brood has been with the firm since its formation in 1977. His areas of practice include tax, financial and estate planning, business consulting and fiduciary accounting. He has served as Controller and Vice-President of Finance for several corporations. Mr. Brood received a BA degree in Business Administration with an accounting concentration from the California State University at Fullerton.
R. Todd Seibert, CPA, CFP®

R. Todd Seibert became a partner in 1997. His areas of practice include tax, financial and estate planning as well as small business consulting. He has been practicing public accounting since 1987. He has also served as the Controller for a pension administration company where he was involved in the compliance, tax reporting, accounting budgeting and cash flow management activities. Mr. Seibert received a BA degree in Business Administration with an accounting concentration from the California State University at Fullerton.
Amy Aronson
Amy Aronson’s background in retail and bookkeeping introduced her to accounting. She began preparing taxes in 2009 and completed her Master of Science in Accounting in 2017. Currently she is finishing her CPA exams to become a Certified Public Accountant. As an entrepreneur herself Amy enjoys the creative side of accounting while working with individuals and businesses to assist them in achieving their goals. Amy lives in Idyllwild and enjoys yoga, mountain biking, boogie boarding with her son, and spending time with her family. In addition to accounting Amy makes fitness hula hoops that she sells online and at events where she teaches adults and children how to hula hoop.

Darlene Valdez-Waters, CPA
CPA
Darlene Valdez-Waters started working in public accounting in 1977 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1979. She became a partner in Cox, Battey & Valdez, CPAs in 1981, and then the managing partner of Cox and Valdez, CPAs in 1984. Darlene earned her BA degree in business administration, with an emphasis in accounting, from the University of Redlands. During her career, Darlene has gained expertise in all areas of taxation including individual, business, non-profit, and fiduciary taxes. As well as an expertise in compilation and review services, audits of governmental and non-profit entities, and all areas of tax planning. In her free time, Darlene and her husband enjoy playing tennis, hiking, and going to the beach.
Ginger Kennedy
Ginger earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Davis in Managerial Economics and has over fifteen years of experience in small business accounting and tax. She excels at digging into accounting projects that require a lot of work and/or cleanup and can turn them around at an impressive rate. She is proficient in multiple accounting platforms including QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Xero. Outside of work, Ginger enjoys traveling and spending time with her son.
Greg Lovcik, CPA

Greg Lovcik has worked in public accounting since 2017 and earned his CPA designation in 2020. Throughout his career, Greg has gained experience across a wide range of tax, financial nonprofit, and consulting services. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Cal Poly Pomona. His hobbies include spending quality time with his wife and five children, gardening, and sports.

Reanna Bittle

Reanna Bittle graduated from the University of Redlands with a B.S. in Business Administration in 2024 and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business with a concentration in Finance, expected in 2026. With a strong and growing passion for finance, she enjoys learning, building new skills, and exploring opportunities for professional development. Outside of academics and work, Reanna’s life centers on adventure and family. Whether riding off-road vehicles or discovering new places, she loves making memories with her fiancé and their son.
Shannon Lovcik, CPA

Shannon Lovcik began her career in public accounting with Brood and Seibert in 2015 and earned her CPA designation in 2019. She graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a B.S. in Economics and also pursued a Master's in Accounting. Throughout her career, Shannon has developed expertise in sales tax, payroll, taxation, and various other financial services. Shannon loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and four sons.
